These terms and conditions apply to all bookings or booking inquiries made by clients with Traumescorts Agency. By making a booking or booking inquiry, clients acknowledge and agree to the validity of these terms and conditions.

Traum Escorts Agency facilitates contracts between the client and the escort lady for escort services. Details are governed by the general terms and conditions of each respective escort lady or their individual contractual agreements. The agency’s role is to properly facilitate the desired services requested by the client.

Important Note: Traum Escorts Agency (Traum Escort Dating Support, based in London, England, United Kingdom) does not facilitate immoral services or prostitution. The agreement and payment of fees are solely for the temporary companionship of the escort lady, who provides escort services only. If ladies offer other services, they do so independently. The agency explicitly disclaims responsibility for the actions of individual ladies (disclaimer of liability).

Our agency does not facilitate illegal, immoral, or unethical services. Payment is solely for the temporary companionship of the escort lady. The listed fees are compensation for the time spent with the escort lady(s), not for specific services or prostitution.

Escort ladies are not employees of the agency. A contract is always directly between the client and the escort lady. Escort ladies act and invoice under their own names and accounts.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES OF TRAUM ESCORTS AGENCY

The offers of Traum Escorts Agency are non-binding. The agency endeavors to facilitate a contract between the client and the escort lady for the desired services.

A contract between the escort lady and the client is only established upon acceptance of the non-binding booking inquiry by the escort lady.

Escort ladies operate independently and freelance in their decisions. They decide whether to accept or decline a request, the nature and scope of escort services, and the structure of their time. The contractual partner for you as the end customer is always the escort lady. If you require an invoice, please contact the escort lady at the beginning of the date as the provider of the escort service.

3. VISUAL AND TEXTUAL REPRESENTATION OF SERVICES BY INDIVIDUAL ESCORT LADIES THROUGH THE AGENCY

Descriptions and information on the profiles of escort ladies are based on information provided by the respective escort lady. The agency does not guarantee the accuracy of this information. Photos of escort ladies are provided by them. If these photos violate third-party rights or copyright, Traum Escorts Agency is not liable. However, upon valid evidence, we will promptly remove such photos from our websites. The agency assumes no liability for published photos or content on the profiles of escort ladies.

4. RECEIPT OF MONEY, PAYMENT OF FEES, DEPOSITS

Since a contract is generally between the client and the escort lady, the agreed fee must be paid in CASH directly to the escort lady at the beginning of the date. If the client makes a payment/transfer to an agency account or pays by credit card, Traum Escorts Agency has the authority to receive the funds on behalf of the escort lady.

Cancellation: If the client wishes to terminate the date before the booked time is up, the full fee is still payable, as the time and date were specifically reserved for the client.

If the client cancels a confirmed appointment, they can do so free of charge up to 2 hours before the booked time. After that, a cancellation fee of €100 applies.

5. JURISDICTION

To the extent permissible, the jurisdiction is London, England, United Kingdom.

II. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ESCORT LADIES

1. NATURE AND SCOPE OF SERVICES OF THE ESCORT LADIES

The nature and scope of the contractual services provided by the escort ladies to the client are determined independently between them. The general terms and conditions also apply.

2. BOOKING (CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT)

A contract between the escort lady and the client is only established upon acceptance of the non-binding booking inquiry by the escort lady.

3. REMUNERATION (FEE)

The fee applies solely to the time and companionship of the escort ladies and not to any additional services beyond that. The fee (honorarium) must be handed over in cash, in an unsealed envelope, to the escort lady at the beginning of the date.

4. JURISDICTION

The jurisdiction is the place of residence of the respective escort lady, to the extent permissible.
